Hairstylist

Requirements

  • Create beautiful hairstyles including drystyles, blowouts and updos that consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Provide an over the top client experience
  • Meet retail sales goals
  • Side work including, but not limited to: keeping your station/area clean and organized, dusting salon, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning and re-stocking product shelves
  • Meet scheduling requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid Washington State cosmetology license
  • Passion for providing amazing styling and finishing services
  • Professional communication skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Ability to work with and be a part of a team!

Lash Extension Stylist

Requirements

  • Provide eye-popping lash extension services, filling every lash creating the desired look the client seeks
  • Provide an over the top client experience making sure the client is comfortable and relaxed
  • Meet retail sales goals
  • Side work including, but not limited to: keeping your station/area clean and organized, dusting salon, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning and re-stocking product shelves
  • Meet scheduling requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid Washington State cosmetology or esthetician license
  • Passion for providing amazing lash extensions
  • Professional communication skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Ability to work with and be a part of a team!
  • Must have successfully completed the Swink lash extension certification program or an equivalent certification program
  • Candidates must audition on a live model (you provide) as part of the consideration process.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Check guests in and out through our booking software
  • problem solve, manage timing and scheduling issues with grace
  • Act as a hostess during all phases of a guests visit
  • keep the salon clean and looking good

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
  • Ability to multitask without missing a beat!
